Artist Statement: Lucifer was made as part of a trio rings in my capsule collection “Gargoyle.” Gargoyles, particularly demon gargoyles with goat-like features, were carved into holy sites to remind those about the lechery and lust of hell. I carved Lucifer as a cheeky reminder that perhaps the darker side of life should be embraced and celebrated at times.

Artist Bio: I studied BA Fashion Jewellery and MA Fashion Artefact at the London College of Fashion where my interest for the gothic and unnerving first sparked. My work centres around the sentimental and Memento Mori, often celebrating the macabre and the unconventional. I use a lot of unconventional materials and seek to preserve and treasure items that people hold close.
