Danaca Design Internship Form
Our internship program is for individuals who are excited to learn more about the inner workings of a vibrant, community-centered jewelry making space and gallery.
Internship Details
Dates: 3 month commitment with the potential to extend
Schedule: 1–2 days per week (approximately 5–10 hours/week)
Location: On-site in the University District, Seattle
Compensation: Unpaid; includes studio access and professional development opportunities
Interns may assist with a range of tasks, including:

Supporting daily operations in the studio and retail gallery

Assisting with class set-up and clean-up

Helping maintains tools, equipment, and shared studio space

Contributing to gallery displays and event preparation

Learning about metalsmithing tools, techniques, and studio safety

Gaining insight into the business side of running a gallery and teaching studio
Ideal Candidate

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a jewelry/metals program
-
Curious, reliable, and eager to learn

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Passionate about handmade craft and supporting artists

Prior studio experience is helpful but not required
