Exchanges

EXCHANGE POLICY | Exchanges are welcome however there are some rules. If you need to exchange an item please notify us via email or phone us as quickly as possible. We MUST receive the exchanged item within 15 days from the original shipping date. You will be responsible for return shipping cost and the cost to ship the replacement item. Please return items wrapped in original padding, in the same size Priority Flat Rate box that it arrived in to insure safe transport. Exchanges are welcome at our Seattle store within 15 days of original ship date. Note that we cannot exchange any items that have been damaged, altered, or worn; items must be in their original condition when we receive them. 

EXCHANGE PROCESSING | Danaca Design will issue you a Danaca Design gift card via email within two business days of receiving your exchange item. This gift card can be used towards jewelry, supplies or classes at Danaca Design Studio. The gift card does not expire. Email or call us to redeem the gift card. In the case of the gift card being used towards supplies, additional shipping costs may be incurred if the items being shipped require additional postage. Note that we cannot provide exchanges for any items that have been damaged, altered, or worn.

CANCELLATIONS | We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been submitted.  Please review our exchange policy if you change your mind about a purchase.

SPECIAL ORDERS | Due to the nature of special orders i.e. custom work, we are unable to cancel or exchange.

REFUNDS | Refunds will only be made on items that are found defective. In case of a defective item please notify us via email or phone us as quickly as possible. We MUST receive the item to be refunded within 15 days from the original shipping date. Please return items wrapped in original padding, in the same size Priority Flat Rate box that it arrived in, to insure safe transport. We will be responsible for return shipping cost. Refunds will be made within 3 business days of receiving the item to be refunded, in the original form of payment . Note that we cannot exchange any items that have been damaged from alteration or wear.
